Job Key No 39371 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59613-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 29 May 2026 Contract Period 02 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (6 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Cyberport (Pok Fu Lam) Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) This is a CSSA position responsible for the support on the implementation and operation of the infrastructure of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) Platform which consists of cloud-based back-end systems, web applications and mobile apps developed based on industrial open standards and self-controllable architecture hosting in Diversified Cloud Infrastructure (DCI) of Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS). The CSSA will also participate and provide client advisory and technical support to B/D's on the development of their systems/applications in DCI of GCIS. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The post provides client liaison, technical advisory and support services to the project teams of Government B/Ds using various GCIS services in particular during the implementation of CorpID platforms in DCI of GCIS. The major job duties include: (i) assisting the project manager to monitor the overall implementation schedule of CorpID platforms in GCIS; (ii) providing technical advices to CorpID's contractor on the infrastructure setup of CorpID platforms in GCIS; (iii) coordinating with various parties to perform different system tests (e.g., user acceptance test, load and stress test, SRAA, etc.) before the production rollout of the CorpID platforms; (iv) providing technical advices and client support to the CorpID's project team members on their enquiries and reporting issues on the development of their systems/applications in the newly setup platforms in GCIS; (v) following with GCIS contractors to complete the service requests raised by B/D's clients during implementation process; (vi) leading team members and assisting CorpID's contractor to provide 7x24 operational support of the CorpID platforms; and (vii) reviewing the project documents and contractor's deliverables. Candidate may require to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services to meet the service delivery schedule. The candidate must possess the following working experience: (i) at least four-year working experience as a team leader role to provide technical advices and support to clients using cloud services; (ii) at least four-year working experience in cloud computing administration and server virtualisation environment using VMware vSphere, Windows Server, RedHat Linux, Storage Area Network (SAN), Software Defined Network (VMware NSX-T preferable), Web Application Firewall, Object Storage, Load Balancer, open-source SQL database (e.g., MySQL and MariaDB) and enterprise grade backup solution; (iii) sound knowledge in Container hosting and orchestration platform (e.g., Red Hat Openshift Container Platform (OCP) or its community version (OKD)) and Network Attached Storage (NAS); (iv) solid working experience in design and setting up cloud infrastructure; (v) solid working experience in operational support of cloud infrastructure; and (vi) hardworking and self-motivated with positive attitudes. 2. The candidate must possess the following certification: - ITIL version 3 Foundation or above. The candidate must also possess the following certifications, and the certificates must be issued within three years: - Huawei Certified ICT Professional -Cloud Computing (or equivalent). - Huawei Certified ICT Professional -Storage (or equivalent). - VMware Certified Professional in VMware Cloud Foundation Administrator (or equivalent). - VMware Certified Professional in VMware Cloud Foundation Architect (or equivalent). 3. The candidate must be able to communicate in written and verbal English and Chinese to deliver his/her duties. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO); . At least 4 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 4 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM); . At least 4 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN); . At least 4 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT). Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG); . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
