(T26) Provide ongoing support for the network and security infrastructure of IRD.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the IRD;
1. Provide ongoing support for the switches, routers, software-defined network (SDN) and security infrastructure (e.g. firewalls) of the IRD.
2. Provide technical support and system administration of systems servers related to network infrastructure and security appliances.
3. Manage patch and firmware updates for server and network equipment.
4. Implement security safeguards, manage vendors to apply security measures and update documents.
5. Need to take up on-call duty.
6. Occasionally need to work after office hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

| Requirements |
1. Solid hands-on experience in setup and configuration of H3C and Huawei routers and network switches, firewalls, IPS and VMWare NSX-T Software-defined Network (SDN).
2. Experience in using network management and monitoring software, and network access control software.
3. Strong knowledge of OSPF routing protocols, spanning trees, IPSec and QoS.
Preference will be given to holder of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA) or equivalent certificate.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Networking (NET);
. At least 4 years' experience in Router Configuration (ROU);
. At least 4 years' experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Wide Area Network (WAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW);
. At least 1 year's experience in Intrusion Prevention System (IPS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
