| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH;
Assist in planning and supervising contractors to develop and migrate IT systems including websites and infrastructure items

| Requirements |
(a) Provide system enhancement and maintenance support for the IT systems of HPB and PHD
(b) Assist in planning the development and migration of sizable IT systems with Web Content Management System (WCMS) for public access according to the Government Standards and Guidelines
(c) Supervise contractors to maintain IT systems, AI Chatbot & website for public access according to the Government Standards and Guidelines
(d) Setup a new technical environment on Government Cloud Platform for system migration and provide support on security and performance management as well as related system upgrade for the new system
(e) Perform on call support duty
(f) Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. At least 1 year's experience in PHP programming (PHP);
. 1 year's experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
