- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH;
Assist in planning and supervising contractors to develop and maintain IT systems including websites

| Requirements |
(a) Provide system enhancement and maintenance support for the IT systems of Port Health Division (PHD)
(b) Assist in planning the development and maintenance of IT systems of Health Promotion Branch (HPB), e.g. websites for public access
(c) Supervise contractors to develop and maintain IT systems of HPB, e.g. websites for public access
(d) Provide web-related technical advice particularly on web accessibility & mobile friendly design
(e) Perform on call support duty
(f) Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Internet Information Services (MIS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. At least 2 years' experience in public health informatics (PHI);
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
