| Project Nature |
(T26) To provide onsite support for the integrated Case Management System ("iCMS") within the High Court Building of the Judiciary. This include technical assistance for associated hardware peripherals and related software applications.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the Judiciary;
The iCMS is a web-based system implemented by the Judiciary to streamline and standardize electronic court processes across various court levels. By introducing electronic technology, the Judiciary aims to enhance access to justice through additional service channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Provide technical support for iCMS and connected PC hardware - Support document scanning kiosk and ticketing system in the Resource Centre - Conduct daily system health checks on iCMS - Identify user-reported issues and escalate them to appropriate parties - Provide helpline support to address HC user inquiries - Perform ad-hoc support tasks related to iCMS (e.g. workstation setup for external stakeholder briefings, user training, etc.) - Perform other duties as assigned, including providing audio-visual (AV) system support in courtrooms upon request - Work within a dynamic and supportive small team on daytime hourly shift basis (overnight shift is not required).

| Requirements |
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in AV/IT systems, with specific familiarity with kiosks, barcode scanners, and printers. A minimum of one year of experience providing comprehensive support and maintenance for AV/IT systems within an organization of 50 or more employees is required.
In addition to technical proficiency, the successful candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of computer hardware and software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hardware installation and troubleshooting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a good command of English to communicate effectively with a diverse range of the general public.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. 1 year's experience in Electronic Form (EFM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Multimedia (MUL) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in customer relations (ECR) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage;
. Good spoken English is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
