The duties include to: (1) analyse user requirements, conduct design, programming and testing of application functions of systems. (2) conduct system configuration, performance tuning, trouble-shooting and other system maintenance duties. (3) coordinate the procurement, implemenation and ongoing maintenance of IT services, ensuring effective communication with external vendors. (4) provide technical support to end users, including data setup, adhoc report generation, etc. (5) respond to public enquries on the application systems. (6) perform on call support duty, support on public holidays and outside office hours is required when necessary. (7) perform tasks as assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements (1) Possesses good communication skills and business analysis technique for effective client interaction; (2) Has good knowledge in using structured query language for data setup, analysis, administration and adhoc reporting; (3) Has working experience in providing IT support to end users; (4) Has experience in implementing and supporting system which is using e-Government Infrastructure Services (EGIS) (5) Has solid experience in application implementation and maintenance support for large user base; and (6) Follow prevailing infection control measures as required by the government. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI); . At least 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); . At least 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ); . At least 1 year's experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM). Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
