| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH;
Mon - Fri, 9:00 - 18:00 (Note: one Saturday morning session each month in lieu of the previous Friday afternoon service, i.e. Fri 9:00 - 13:00 and Sat 9:00 - 13:00)
(a) To provide support for CAS network and servers infrastructure, knowledge management portal (MS SharePoint application) and Thematic Website of the CAS.;
(b) To supervise the CITAs in OA support
(c) To assist in the data analysis and reporting of clinical data from clinical information and management system
(d) To monitor the performance of outsourcing contractors for quality assurance
(e) To perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

| Requirements |
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Strong team player and capable to work under pressure independently and proactively; and
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Reporting (Crystal Report, iReport) (REP);
. At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 1 year's experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP);
. At least 1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS);
. 1 year's experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Clinical Related Information System (CRS);
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
