To assist in the daily operations of BIM-related IT systems; 2. To handle BIM support request (via phone and email); 3. To assist in quality checking and verification of project deliverables from Scan-to-BIM service vendors and project officers; 4. To convert and upload project deliverables to Smart Drainage Map (SD Map); 5. To assist in housekeeping and maintenance of the Common Data Coordination Platform (CDCP); 6. To provide room setup, CAVE operations and technical assistance for BIM related activities at the BIM@D Technology and Training Centre; 7. To maintain hardware and software inventory records for BST's facilities; 8. To assist in production of graphics / multimedia design for BIM-related activities; 9. To undertake any other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements 1. Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or overseas equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007), in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or overseas equivalent; 2. Experience in IT / customer support (e.g. user acceptance test, inventory checking, data entry, call handling) is required; 3. Moderate exposure in written and spoken English is required; 4. Experience in Autodesk software (e.g. Naviswork, Revit, Vault, Civil 3D) is required; 5. Experience in BIM modelling and PointCloud software (e.g. ReCap Pro) is required; 6. Experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) is required. Technical Skills: . At least 1.5 years' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH); . At least 1.5 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS); . At least 1.5 years' experience in Multimedia (MUL); . At least 1 year's experience in Chinese Processing (CHI); . 1.5 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 1.5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good spoken English is a must; . Good written English is a must; . At least 1.5 years' experience in software testing (STM); . At least 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . 1.5 years' experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
