Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Participate in system analysis and design, implementation, maintenance, and testing of CMMP - Analyse user requirements, design and implement web applications and server side applications - Follow technical guidance, standards and best practises. - Support development teams throughout the software development lifecycle - Assure and control the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors - Provide daily administrative support, preparation of deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project - Design and execute test cases covering business logic, API behaviour, database operations, and system integration points - Conduct system testing and support rollout activities - Monitor and report system usage and health status - Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support - Perform any work assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification IT experience - Minimum of 3 years of working experience in back-end development and/or system integration testing - Sound knowledge of UI/UX patterns and responsive design principles is required - Experience in web services and API development, e.g. RESTful API design, Ajax, etc. is required - Experience in back-end development using server-side languages, e.g. Java, Python, Node.js, is required - Experience in preparing test plans, test cases and bug reports is required - Experience in web testing frameworks and tools is preferred - Experience in relational or non-relational databases is preferred - Experience in data migration, validation and reconciliation is preferred - Experience in application development on cloud platforms is preferred - Knowledge and experience in working with/in the Government is preferred - Good command in spoken and written English is required - Good command in spoken Mandarin is preferred - Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic - Criminal record checking is required Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV); . 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good spoken English is a must; . Good written English is a must; . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . Good Putonghua is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
