Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Develop the CMMP Phase 2 brand identity, including character design and website revamp. - Translate UI/UX and visual design concepts into responsive, accessible front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Build and deploy a functional website prototype, including hosting setup, to validate user journeys and requirements. - Provide technical oversight and vendor management for ongoing website maintenance and support, including content updates, defect triage and resolution, UI enhancements, release planning and coordination, deliverable review and acceptance, issue tracking, and ensuring complete knowledge transfer and up-to-date documentation. - Design in the production of training videos that align with project objectives and effectively convey the intended content. - Collaborate with the project team to understand their needs and create effective design solutions using Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator to meet their requirements. - Preparation and conducting the deliverables meeting and follow up the action items. - Provide daily administrative support and produce reports and deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project - Provide liaison and support to internal stakeholders and other B/Ds, providing technical guidance and support on website navigation and features. - Execute and document GenAI workflows across text/image/code, including prompt iteration, cross-model testing, output validation, and risk/limitation handling. - Maintain AI assets and knowledge bases, including prompt libraries, data/asset catalogs, metadata/taxonomy, and version-controlled documentation for reuse and knowledge transfer. - Performing any work assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Degree / Higher Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines is preferred - Experience in creating system documentation - Proven experience with graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effect, Photoshop and Illustrator is a must - Proven experience in video editing and animation is a must - Proven experience in web design and development, implementing visual designs into interactive pages, building and maintaining functional website prototypes to support stakeholder review and sign-off. - Experience in vendor management for website maintenance. - Hands-on experience using and testing GenAI tools, including prompt design, output validation, and maintaining AI knowledge bases. - Proven experience in Microsoft PowerPoint skills is a must - Minimum of 2 years of working experience in client liaison and project coordination of large scale project is required. - At least 1 year of working experience in managing Government project. - Good command of verbal and written English. Technical Skill: . At least 2 years' experience in Adobe Photoshop (APH). Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good spoken English is a must. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
