Understanding and provisioning necessary cloud or on-premise resources and networking solutions for LLMs, ML and RAG systems to software developers and business users; 2. Performing business analysis and assists project management on projects, but not limited to, LLMs, ML, RAG and Computer Vision (CV) related systems for the Department; 3. Designing, implementing, enhancing, securing and monitoring multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments; 4. Conceptualize and design innovative projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables; 5. Conduct Integration Test, User Acceptance Test and performance Test, maintain deployment and support application services; 6. Leading and managing vendors and/or contractors for development of innovative applications and implementation of infrastructure; 7. Supporting project teams of AI projects by providing professional advice and technical assistance on cloud resources and hybrid environment; and Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; A. Design and configure cloud resources to meet business requirements; B. Collaborate with business users to migrate legacy existing systems and applications to cloud; C. Develop and maintain documentation for cloud provisioning and operation processes; D. Monitor and troubleshoot multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud infrastructure to ensure that they are performing as expected; E. Regularly provide billing report of cloud infrastructure to business users with advice for cost and resource optimization; F. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud infrastructure and embedded IoT systems; G. Ensure deliverables to be on time, secure and conform to acceptance criteria agreed with business users and direct supervisor; and H. Support AI and IT development teams in the department on cloud and AI-related aspects. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements i. Degree or higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines; ii. 3 years or above hands-on experience in IT system administration of which 1 year must be in similar post and in comparable capacity; iii. Adequate knowledge and hands-on experience with developing RAG applications and deploying on-premise LLM; iv. Adequate knowledge and hands-on experience with in managing and utilizing Huawei NPU, MetaX GPU and Nvidia GPU cluster; v. Adequate knowledge and hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, possess a valid AWS Certified SysOps Administrator &;#8211; Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect &;#8211; Associate is preferred vi. Adequate knowledge and experience in cloud resource provisioning, such as virtual machines, virtual storage, virtual network and firewall; vii. Adequate knowledge and experience in managing and/or securing multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud; viii. Adequate knowledge and experience in project management, possess a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred ix. Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work; x. Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized; xi. Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; xii. Good interpersonal relationship and emotion management; xiii. Experience in Container, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus; xiv. Satisfactory result in the written test on the interview day (if necessary). Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 3 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 3 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP); . At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW); . At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM); . At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 2 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . 1 year's experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Information Security Management (ISM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 2.5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2.5 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP); . At least 2.5 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . At least 2 years' experience in project development in specified business areas (PDE); . Excellent written English is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . 2 years' experience in contract administration (CON) is an advantage; . Excellent spoken English is an advantage; . Excellent Putonghua is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
