(b) To lead the IT team in working with the contractor for the provision and support of the Healthcare Professions Information System (HPIS), and e-Forms under Boards & Councils Office (B&CO). (c) To prepare a retirement plan for Registration Information System (RIS) under B&CO. (d) To prepare work assignment brief under SOA-QPS to acquire IT professional services, including Service Maintenance and Support Service, Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA), and Privacy Impact Assessment and Audit (PIA); (e) To monitor progress for the HPIS enhancement; and (f) To provide support for other initiatives in B&C. (g) To lead an in-house IT team to develop an IT system for processing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of healthcare professions for B&CO; (h) To gather user requirements and facilitate user testing to define test scope and establish clear objectives in collaboration with stakeholders; and (i) To collaborate and coordinate with DPO support teams to integrate the applications with the Linux infrastructure as well as the Shared Services of Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS) and iAM Smart. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements (a) Proficient in in-depth knowledge on project development, application development, and implementation and familiar with technologies such as HTML5, JSON Web Token, API, PowerShell, Visual Studio, MySQL databases on Windows and Linux; and (b) Knowledge and experience in systems analysis and design, and systems related to public health and regulatory services using GCIS; Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 8 years' experience in SSADM (SDM); . At least 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI). Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG); . At least 4 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . 5 years' experience in public health informatics (PHI) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
