Job Key No 39267 Job Title/ Category Contract Project Manager (Bid Ref 59747-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 22 May 2026 Contract Period 01 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (7 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base mainly in Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) System Development, Implementation and Maintenance Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH; 1) Report regularly to senior management of various Service Units and Divisions; 2) Lead and supervise an in-house IT team and contractors responsible for system enhancement, maintenance, helpdesk support, and support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 systems; 3) Monitor progress and ensure quality control for the implementation of outstanding enhancements; 4) Plan and oversee system maintenance activities, including bug fixing and performance tuning, to ensure high system availability; 5) Plan and implement periodic Disaster Recovery Drills and IT Security Risk Assessments & Audits; 6) Monitor, track, and manage the budget and other system resources; 7) Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on implementation progress and system health status; 8) Escalate critical system service interruptions to senior users for immediate attention; 9) Review system improvement opportunities and evaluate users&;#8217; suggestions or requests for business changes; 10) Lead, monitor, and motivate staff to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic problems; 12) Other duties as requested by DH; 13) The normal working hours (Mon, 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45). Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 9.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1) Proven experience in managing projects with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment; 2) Detailed knowledge of application development management, infrastructure development management, vendor management; 3) Familiarize with government IT process and procurement process; 4) Rich experience in medical IT environment is preferred; 5) Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels; 6) Ability to coach, motivate and develop others; and 7) Possess professional security qualification (e.g. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Professional (CISP) or equivalent) is preferrable. Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 8 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 5 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 5 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in Clinical Related Information System (CRS); . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in public health informatics (PHI); . 4 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 9 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
