Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 11.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements (a) To provide project management, staff management and contractor management for providing production support, on-going maintenance, development and enhancement for application systems of the department, (b)The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge on project management, system development and maintenance, and familiar with government procurement and security requirements. The candidate should possess public health terminology and data standards knowledge. (c) The candidate should possess development and support experience in large scale, high demand and public facing projects, knowledge in virtual waiting room technology is preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in SSADM (SDM); . At least 5 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS); . At least 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI). Non-technical Skills: . At least 7 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 5 years' experience in public health informatics (PHI). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 11 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
