(T26) To support the design, application development, implementation and maintenance of the iAM Smart functions and new iAM Smart enhancements (e.g. Step-up authentication, Information Portal, public cloud migration) and provide support to Government departments or non-government parties for the adoption of the enhanced iAM Smart functionalities.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. Collect both technical and user requirements for the new iAM Smart enhancements;
2. Study the technical feasibility of the new iAM Smart enhancements and create an initial design of the infrastructure and application structure;
3. Provide support to the User Interface (UI) design of the new iAM Smart enhancements;
4. Liaise and collaborate with various parties and provide technical support for system design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support for the new iAM Smart enhancements;
5. To review deliverables provided by outsourcing contractors and conduct acceptance tests of the new iAM Smart enhancements;
6. Provide technical support for Government departments or non-government parties to adopt the enhanced iAM Smart functions;
7. Review the test plan and perform the testing for the new iAM Smart enhancements;
8. Review the load/stress plan and perform the load/stress testing for the new iAM Smart enhancements;
9. Assist for the Work Assignment Brief / Tender document preparation
10. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
1. Solid working experience in system design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT application systems.
2. Solid knowledge and experience in digital certificate and identity management technologies.
3. Solid working experience in performing system integration test, user acceptance test, load test and stress test.
4. Solid working experience in providing technical support service to different users and clients.
5. Good sense of analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Good command of English and Chinese writing skills.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Solid working experience in Android/iOS application development.
9. Solid working experience in mobile accessibility testing.
10. Solid working experience in managing public cloud infrastructure.
11. Working experience in Government procurement procedure.
* It is an advantage for the candidate to possess the following:
- Experience in Container technology, microservices technology, Android/iOS application development,
authentication / authorisation protocol standards such as OAuth or SAML
- Experience in User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) design
- Experience in Near Field Communication (NFC)
- Experience in Step-up authentication
- Experience in Certification Authority and Public Key Infrastructure
- Putonghua communication skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
. At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. At least 6 months' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. Excellent written English is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
