Job Key No 39252 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59708-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 21 May 2026 Contract Period 02 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (6 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Tsuen Wan Government Offices and various data centres Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Support the expansion of the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; This post is responsible for supporting the implementation and on-going operation of the GCIS project - Take part in technical support in the day to day operation and project administration of GCIS - Provide technical and operation support to the data centres - Support the implementation of GCIS and acceptance of the deliverables of the GCIS contractor including but not limited to data links, system software, rack equipment, networking equipment etc. - Coordinate with and oversee contractors to carry out various tests including installation tests, system tests, system integration tests, load tests, performance tests, resilience tests, etc. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Knowledge and experience in supporting large-scale IT infrastructure including data centre maintenance and operation, security, networking, and asset management - Knowledge and experience in vendor management, centralised system monitoring system, and/or centralized log management and analytics is an advantage - Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques - Experience in contract administration - Competent communication skills (both of verbal and writing) and interpersonal techniques - May need to work in various data centres of the GCIS project during the testing and acceptance period. - Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Experience in Datacentre Maintenance (DCM); . At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM); . 1 year's experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in contract administration (CON); . At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
