| Project Nature |
(T26) The post mainly participates in supporting Building Information Modelling (BIM) and some other application systems related to spatial data, BIM portal and Inno portal of DEVB(WB).

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DEVB;
- To provide support and advices to BIM related activities;
- To assist in coordination of user activities amongst bureaux/departments, and construction industry and assist in promotion of BIM related events;
- To perform quality assurance on contractor's deliverables;
- To support existing application systems related to spatial data, BIM portal and Inno portal; and
- To perform any other system maintenance and support tasks as assigned;

| Requirements |
- Solid hands-on experience in various phases of application system development;
- Solid hands-on experience in system maintenance and support;
- Solid hands-on experience in coordinating cross-department events.
- Experience in BIM/CAD is preferred; and
- Experience in GIS is preferred.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 4 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. 1 year's experience in Computer Aided Design (CAD) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 5 years' experience in project management (PRM);
. At least 5 years' experience in quality management (QMT);
. Good written English is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
