| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH;
To lead a team to develop, enhance and maintain in-house application systems for communicable disease information system (CDIS)
To liaise and work with vendor for system integration and enhancement for CDIS
To perform tasks as assigned by supervisor
Normal Working Hours: Mon: 0900-1800; Tue-Fri: 0900-1745

| Requirements |
To provide project management and staff management for the in-house development team on providing production support, on-going maintenance and enhancement for CDIS.
The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge on system development and maintenance, and familiar with government tendering and documentation standards.
To follow prevailing infection control measures as required by the government.
Technical Skills:
. At least 13 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE);
. At least 13 years' experience in SSADM (SDM);
. At least 6 years' experience in Geographic Information System (GIS).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 9 years' experience in public health informatics (PHI);
. At least 6 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
