Job Key No 39235 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59726-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 21 May 2026 Contract Period 01 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (7 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base mainly in Kowloon City Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Provision of System Enhancement, IT Maintenance and Technical Support to End Users Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH; - Assist project manager to conduct various IT project activities; - Enhance information systems on the Linux infrastructure under Government Cloud Infrastructure Service (GCIS); - Liaise and work with SOA-QPS contractors and GCIS team for the implementation of web document management system; - Prepare work assignment brief under SOA-QPS to acquire IT professional services, including Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA), and Privacy Impact Assessment and Audit (PIA); - Interact with other developers in identifying and developing advanced software solutions; - Provide on-going technical and user support for information systems; - Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor; - The normal working hours (Mon, 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45); and - Occasionally work at irregular hours may be required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements i) Degree holder or above in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or related discipline; ii) Minimum 5 years post-qualification information technology experience in which at least 1 years in a similar post and in a comparable capacity; iii) Proficient in application development and implementation using programming languages and development environments, including Java Servlet, Apache, WildFly, MySQL, and Linux Shell Scripting; iv) Experienced with operating systems such as Windows and Linux; and v) Knowledge and experience in systems analysis and design, and development; Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 2 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP); . At least 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 1 year's experience in Document Management System (DMS); . 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in EGIS (EGI) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1.5 years' experience in public health informatics (PHI); . 3 years' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
