Job Key No 39231 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59573-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 20 May 2026 Contract Period 30 Jun 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (7 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mainly Nam Cheong, Sham Shui Po, and occasional visit to other offices in Hong Kong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) System and security maintenance, operation, and support of a Government Internal Email System Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Assist the operations of Security Operation Centre (SOC), managing and coordinating with security service contractors; - Assist for the design, testing, maintenance and administration of AI applications; - Assist in planning the system and security maintenance events for on-going support of the system; - Assist in assuring and controlling of the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors; - Provide daily administrative support and produce reports and deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project; - Provide support for IT procurement, including hardware, software and services; - Manage the physical appliances and equipment located in data centres; - Review and maintain the incident management policy and security policy and guidelines; - Provide IT security advisory to internal stakeholders to comply with security policy and guidelines; - Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to take lead of the Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Simulated Attack (Red Team exercise), Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA); - Assist in security monitoring of the system including Security Information and Event Management (SIEM); - Perform IT project management and vendor management; - Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support; and - Perform any work assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification IT experience, in which includes a minimum of 1 year of working experience in system implementation and maintenance/support; - Knowledge and experience in data centre operation such as data centre security and network infrastructure are required; - Knowledge and experience in other network infrastructure components of Huawei firewall, router and switch are required; - Knowledge and experience in IT security and guidelines and industry best practices are required; - Certificate holder of Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Professional (CISP) is preferred; - Knowledge and experience in working with/in the Government is highly preferred; - Experience in managing government projects is highly preferred; - Good language skills in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required; - Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic; - Interview will be conducted in Mandarin, Cantonese and English; and - Criminal record checking is required. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Experience in Datacentre Maintenance (DCM); . At least 2 years' experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU); . At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 2 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 1 year's experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH). Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . Good Putonghua is a must; . Good written English is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 2 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO); . At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . Good spoken English is a must; . 2 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
