Job Key No 39230 Job Title/ Category Contract Project Manager (Bid Ref 59564-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 20 May 2026 Contract Period 02 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (6 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Yaumatei Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) - Devise project plans, provide technical expertise and support for IT projects/initiatives of the Government Property Agency (GPA), which include but not limited to revamping of government property information system, implementation of IT system to support site inspection using mobile devices, pre-booking system of Heung Yuen Wai Boundary Control Point Public Car Park, government-wide IT initiatives, IT security assessment and system improvement, AI related initiatives of GPA; - Provide technical expertise and support for the daily IT operations and maintenance and support services for IT systems in GPA. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; To perform overall management and quality assurance of IT projects, which include but are not limited to the following tasks and responsibilities: - performing overall planning of IT projects for GPA; - overseeing project management, monitoring project progress and contractor performance in IT projects implementation; - performing project planning, liaising and coordination among GPA users, consultants, contractors and other relevant parties throughout IT projects implementation; - performing quality assurance on project deliverables to assure their quality and compliance with Government standards; and - reporting project progress. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements Must have: - a minimum of 2 years' experience in a capacity comparable to Project Manager for IT projects; - a minimum of 2 years' intensive experience in managing government projects; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in working in/with the HKSAR Government in relation to IT projects; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in Mobile Application System; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT planning; - a minimum of 2 years' experience in system implementation and maintenance/support; - attained Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification for a minimum of 2 years; - with good command of English and Chinese. Priority will be given to candidates with business knowledge in areas related to property management, tenancy management or estate surveying. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP); . At least 2 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP); . At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM); . 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Electronic Form (EFM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Information Security Management (ISM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (IEG); . 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in quality assurance (QAS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in tender preparation and administration (TPA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
