Enhance the existing AI chiller plant optimization application - ChillStream, including data pipeline, data visualization, analytics, AI model training and inference, web and mobile platforms, and dashboards through programming. 2. Deploy ChillStream to new venues, ensuring smooth integration and reliable operation. 3. Collaborate with vendors to conduct Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant standards and policies. 4. Manage and optimize databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and scalability. 5. Enhance, maintain, and support the AI model to adapt to evolving operational needs. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; 1. Participate in the design, development, testing, and commissioning of enhancements to existing AI optimization models, including data pipeline, data visualization, analytics, AI model training and inference, web and mobile platforms, and dashboards. 2. Participate in the design, development, testing, and commissioning of AI data pipelines, data quality tools, dashboards, data crawling modules, and databases. 3. Conduct Security Risk Assessment & Audit (SRAA) in collaboration with relevant parties. 4. Develop web-based or mobile-accessible systems for remote monitoring and control. 5. Assist in infrastructure design, system administration, performance tuning, and data repository management. 6. Coordinate with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and objectives. 7. Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables. 8. Perform other IT tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Degree or higher diploma in computer subjects or related disciplines. 2. 3 years or above hands-on experience in IT application development of which 1 years must be in similar post and in comparable capacity. 3. Solid experience in business application development, AI application development using Python and PyTorch 4. Experience in web application and/or mobile application, web server systems using Python, JavaScript, influxDB, SQL Server, MongoDB, FastAPI/ django is preferred. 5. Knowledge on version control software (e.g. Git and/or Team Foundation Version Control) is preferred. 6. Knowledge on MQTT and BACnet protocol is preferred. 7. Good knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.); 8. Good communication skills in English and Cantonese. 9. Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high quality work. 10. Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized. 11. Good team player, interpersonal relationship and emotion management. 12. Demonstrate a solid understanding of programming, web technologies, data pipelines, databases, and AI technologies through a coding test administered on the interview day. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 2 years' experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM); . At least 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 1 year's experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB); . 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in batch job monitoring (BJM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
