To assist the Systems Analyst in the feasibility study, analysis, and programming for enhancements and integration of new venues and features for the Regional Digital Control Centre (RDCC) and other internal systems. 2. To develop in-house office automation applications and facilitate data migration and integration where necessary. 3. To perform data cleansing, processing, and analysis of existing RDCC operational data to support the development and training of various in-house AI-enabled systems. 4. To conduct program testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system patches and new feature releases. 5. To assist the Systems Analyst in preparing and maintaining IT documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications. 6. To provide daily operational support and administration of IT applications, server systems, computer network, desktop computers and laptop computers for MunSD, in coordination with EMSD ITSS. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; A. To perform application maintenance, bug fixing, development, and enhancement for RDCC and various in-house applications under the direction of the Systems Analyst, using modern web and mobile technologies (including Laravel, Vue, Flutter, and .NET). B. To perform data cleansing, transformation, and analysis of RDCC operational data, and to prepare structured datasets for model training. C. Server, database, and network administration, including management of Azure Cloud resources, Ubuntu/Windows servers, and NGINX/Apache2 web servers. D. To coordinate with vendors and users on general IT support, serving as the first tier of helpdesk assistance. E. To assist in IT procurement administrative work and asset management. F. To perform other tasks assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements i) Degree or Associate degree or Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. ii) At least 3 years&;#8217; post-qualification information technology experience. iii) Solid experience in web application development and maintenance. iv) Proficiency in the following technical stack is highly preferred: i. Backend: Laravel (PHP), Node.js, Python, .NET (C#) ii. Frontend: Vue.js, React, Flutter iii. Database: MySQL/ MS SQL iv. Infrastructure/OS: Ubuntu (Linux), Windows Server, Azure Cloud v. Web Server: NGINX, Apache2 v) Experience in data cleansing, data processing, and data analysis using SQL and/or Python is preferred. vi) Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or experience working with AI-enabled application development is an advantage. vii) Experience in IT procurement procedures and providing end-user helpdesk support is an advantage. viii) Strong commitment to project deadline and delivering high-quality work. ix) Creative, analytical, self-initiative, responsible and well-organised. x) Good communication skills in English and Cantonese. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 2 years' experience in PHP programming (PHP); . 2 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Apache Web Server (AWS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Source Control Management System (SCM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS); . 1 year's experience in presentation (PRT) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
