The ISMS is based on the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022 which provides a well-proven framework to initiate, implement, maintain and manage information security. A Security Team was formed up for following aspect: 1. Incident Response and Management; 2. Investigation on Security Incident; 3. Security Policy Maintenance; 4. Information Security Audit, including Information Security Audit (System) and Information Security Audit (Formation) ; 5. Information Security Training; and 6. Review and advisory on Information Security Policy. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF; 1. To assist to compile managerial guidance on the development of information security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines and to ensure that they are developed in accordance with government regulations, DPO IT Security Guidelines and industry best practices where suitable. 2. To assist with the establishment and refinement of procedures for the identification of information assets as well as the classification of these information assets with respect to criticality, sensitivity and value. 3. To direct the development of self-assessment questionnaires and other tools that assist system owners and project managers in their efforts to determine the degree of compliance with IS security policies, standards, and guidelines. 4. To assist to provide evaluation on the performance of risk assessments on all new and existing systems and infrastructures to identify security vulnerabilities, determine what level of risk is acceptable to management, and identify the best way to reduce information security risk to acceptable level. 5. To coordinate the development of business processes for the detection, investigation, correction, disciplinary action and/or prosecution related to information security breaches, violations, and incidents. 6. To serve as the Press Liaison Officer in the Information and Communications System Incident Response Team (ICIRT). 7. To conduct security compliance audits at formation-level against established policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. 8. To carry out other duties as assigned by the team supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements Preference will be given to candidates who are holders of the following certificates or equivalent: - CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor); - CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). - OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional). - PMP (Project Management Professional). Security vetting is required. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM); . At least 5 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA). Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD); . At least 3 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 3 years' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP); . At least 3 years' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG); . Excellent written English is a must. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
