This center will also acting as the focal point for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security-related events and threats. Besides, the SOC team will actively monitor a comprehensive security platform and delivers incident response services that include verifying incident alerts, conducting thorough analyses, managing threat intelligence, and configuring and optimizing detection rules. This cohesive approach ensures a robust defense against cyber threats and an effective response mechanism whenever incidents arise. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF; 1. Leading a team to perform monitor EDR systems and execute scripts to support specific security operations duties. 2. Manage the implementation of EDR, NDR, and other security tools. 3. Perform initial triage of security alerts and escalate confirmed incidents and coordinate with other HKPF's stakeholders. 4. Assist to conduct procurement process for maintaining the operation of SOC. 5. Manage and optimize IT infrastructures under SOC. 6. Carry out other duties as assigned by the team supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines. 2. Assist in security baseline monitoring. 3. Solid, intensive, hands-on experience of server/network in recent years is necessary. 4. Security vetting is a must. 3. Experience with using ITAI SIEM, EDR, NDR is a must. 5. Preference will be given to candidates who are holders of the following certificates or equivalent: - Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) - Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW); . At least 5 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 5 years' experience in Intrusion Prevention System (IPS); . At least 5 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 5 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 5 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 5 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 5 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 3 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS); . At least 3 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH). Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . At least 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
