This center will also acting as the focal point for monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to security-related events and threats. Besides, the SOC team will actively monitor a comprehensive security platform and delivers incident response services that include verifying incident alerts, conducting thorough analyses, managing threat intelligence, and configuring and optimizing detection rules. This cohesive approach ensures a robust defense against cyber threats and an effective response mechanism whenever incidents arise. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF; 1. Perform log review for email security tools, Network Detect and Response (NDR) solutions, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools. 2. Conduct inventory management, including regular inspections. 3. Carry out administrative duties for the team, such as booking meeting rooms. 4. Perform regular reviews of system account management. 5. Gather vulnerability intelligence and escalate findings to management on a daily basis. 6. Assist management in monitoring security baselines. 7. Carry out other duties as assigned by the team supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements 1. Security Vetting is required. 2. Experience with Chinese brand SIEM, EDR, NDR is a must. 3. Officer is required to perform irregular shift, if necessary. 4. Officer may work out of office for incident response and EDR implementation. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS); . At least 3 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 3 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 3 years' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH). Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 3 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); . At least 3 years' experience in IT in the community e.g. promote the use of IT/IT awareness (ITC); . At least 3 years' experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT). - At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 5 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
