Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LR; - To administer and support the GOA LAN, Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) and network infrastructure, including , network switches, routers, firewalls, web application firewalls, load balancers, link controllers and VPNs; - To configure, install, monitor, maintain and trouble-shoot popular network operating systems, network equipment and networking software; - To maintain the documentation of the network infrastructure; and - To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 12.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 10.0 Requirements - Solid hands-on experience in administering enterprise level network and implementation of LR&;#8217;s application systems with support of Metro Ethernet, Dedicated Internet Access and SD-WAN; - Strong network system support experience in site load balancing for active-active sites; - Solid hands-on experience in supporting CMMP and respective mobile device application; - Good command of written English and Chinese; and - Have solid experience in government procurement and vendor management. - Require 7 x 24 on-call. - Need to work outside office hours to provide support. Technical Skills: . At least 10 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW); . At least 10 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 10 years' experience in Intrusion Prevention System (IPS); . At least 10 years' experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS); . At least 8.3 years' experience in Wide Area Network (WAN); . 8.3 years' experience in Network Design (NDN) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 7 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 7 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 7 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO); . 6.6666666666667 years' experience in site preparation (SPE) is an advantage; . 6.6666666666667 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 12 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 10 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
