Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LR; - To provide technical support on Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Windows Servers, TrendMicro, Endpoint Central and Voice Recording System (VRS). - To administer Windows servers and troubleshoot problems encountered on the above-mentioned hardware and software; - To provide desktop support to LR users including desktop policy management, asset management, software distribution/application deployment, remote desktop access, security patch management, and high volume production document scanner and capture software; - To provide support to the Technical Help Desk operators of LR and technical enquiries from customers using the IRIS Online Services of LR; and - To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Solid hands-on experience in Windows server administration and networking; - Solid hands-on experience in supporting production document scanner, capture software, software distribution / application deployment and document scanning; - Good track record of desktop support on Windows platform; - Good helpdesk call handling and problem resolution technique; - May have to work in other LR offices within Hong Kong territory and outside normal office hours (including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday); and - Require 7 x 24 on-call. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 3 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 3 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . At least 3 years' experience in Windows Programming (WPG); . 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
