Job Key No 39141 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 59642-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 18 May 2026 Contract Period 01 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (7 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) IT Support for Senior Management and Technical Support for IT Systems/Websites for EDB Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB; - Provide technical support to various EDB websites and related content management system, which include to assist in project management and coordination work, perform quality assurance checking and monitor the project progress as well as contractor performance; - Provide technical support to the senior management in various IT areas, including video conference, PC, notebook, mobile, broadband, Wi-Fi, VPN, Internet and e-mail; - Provide instant advisory support to the senior management in various applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Confidential Mail System (CMSG), Mobile Confidential System (MCMS) and Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP); - Assist in project implementation for the new IT requests; - Provide technical consultation service on in-house projects and outsourced projects; - Implement and manage AI Solutions; - Perform project management, system administration, implementation and maintenance for the internal systems; and - Willing to work overtime, after office hours and on holidays if needed. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - At least 3 years of post-qualification IT experience of which 1 year experience in a similar post for website and user support, system/website development, implementation, administration and content management, or in a comparable capacity; and - At least 1 year experience in Government IT projects. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 1 year's experience in Website Administration (WEA); . 6 months' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
