(T26) Technical Support and Project Implementation of IT systems and applications in EDB

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;
(a) Provide technical support as well as system administration to the existing IT systems and applications in EDB, including those developed on top of Microsoft server products especially SharePoint Server, Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams), Azure Information Protection (AIP), System Center Operation Manager (SCOM), and Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS);
(b) Implement and manage hybrid cloud (Azure) system;
(c) Implement and manage AI solutions; and
(d) Assist in project management and implementation.

| Requirements |
(1) At least 10 years of post-qualification IT experience of which 6 years' experience in managing systems and applications implementation;
(2) At least 5 years' experience in Government IT projects; and
(3) At least 3 years' experience in technical support for Office 365, Exchange Online, ADFS and Azure ADFS, and Azure Active Directory Connect.
Technical Skills:
. At least 8 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP);
. At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager Admin (OMA);
. At least 6 years' experience in Video Conference Technology (VCT);
. At least 4.5 years' experience in Departmental Portal (DPS);
. 8 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST) is an advantage;
. 6 years' experience in Novell eDirectory Administration (NDA) is an advantage;
. 4.5 years' experience in Experience in C# programming (C#P) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 5 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. At least 5 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
. 5 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 6 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
