Yes. The candidate shall normally station at ImmD&;#8217;s HQ but shall be required to travel to various ImmD Branch Offices and Control Points including Shenzhen and Guangdong Province to provide on-site support (on same day return) where necessary. The frequency of travel to Guangdong Province is expected to be less than 4 times yearly. |

(T26) To support the enhancement scheduled in 2026/27 for the Administrative Network (AN) infrastructure including network enhancement and integration with the IT systems of ImmD.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
To carry out various enhancement and subsequent 7x24 on-call support for ImmD&;#8217;s AN which include:
- administrate and manage AN infrastructure connecting ImmD&;#8217;s data centres with various security zones;
- provide AN infrastructure setup and integration support at ImmD HQ to facilitate the network connections with IT systems of ImmD;
- provide administrative support for WAN and GNET service for ImmD;
- provide technical support for network set up and equipment upgrade for AN connecting with remote offices; and
- other duties assigned by supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate shall possess the following essential technical skills:
(a) solid experience in supporting enterprise grade Huawei network products, as well as experience in supporting Cisco 7200 series and 6800 series network equipment;
(b) well-versed in configuring and supporting Internet firewall including Fortinet FortiGate, Huawei, and Juniper;
(c) solid experience in designing and building multi-site network with high resilience; and
(d) hands-on experience in supporting WAN services between data centres and remote offices.
Criminal record check will be required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products (CIP);
. At least 3 years' experience in Wide Area Network (WAN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU);
. At least 2 years' experience in Internet Firewall Technical Support (IFW).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
