| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. Manage and support the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) application.
2. Perform day-to-day ongoing IT support and system administration of Windows Active Directory.
3. Provide end-user helpdesk support.
4. Provide support for Government Office Automation (GOA) infrastructure including Microsoft Windows Network File and Print Services, PC and Office Automation software, PC security products, and Outlook email system.
5. Deploy security patches and implement security safeguards.

| Requirements |
The CSA will be responsible for the tasks as stated in the job description, as well as the overall service delivery of the SIEM application including the SIEM troubleshooting and enhancement. The CSA will also provide the associated GOA IT support and security safeguards to end-users.
The proposed candidates must have:
1. Solid experience in SIEM application implementation and maintenance in Windows and Linux environments;
2. Solid experience in Windows AD management including managing AD Trust in multiple forests, creation and deployment of GPOs, configuration of AD and file system replication and modification of security objects.
3. Experience in first-line customer support and helpdesk experience in GOA.
The proposed candidates should preferably have
1. Solid knowledge and experience in the development and review of PowerShell and VBS scripts;
2. Experience in sourcing and testing stable hardware drivers for various PC models of Windows and Linux
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 3 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS);
. At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. 2 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 3 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT);
. At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
