| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
To support the system enhancements and website updates scheduled in 2026/27 for ImmD's Web Content Management System (WCMS), departmental homepage and ImmD-related websites for the business expansion in control points, which include:
- provide support for WCMS technology refreshment, including Operating System (OS) and Virtual Machine (VM) upgrades, backup system upgrades, and data migration incurred thereafter;
- provide support for WCMS security hardening and review its security measures in order to safeguard the system is compliant with security requirements;
- streamline the website update workflow by creating templates tailored to the business needs of control points and leveraging content designs that comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and Common Look and Feel (CLF) standards for Government websites;
- coordinate requests for content creation and information updates on the departmental homepage with different parties;
- provide support for consequential changes to the departmental homepage and ImmD-related websites and dataset, including but not limited to GovHK, DATA.GOV.HK, GeoInfo Map and Common Spatial Data Infrastructure (CSDI) portal;
- perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate shall possess the following mandatory technical skills:
(a) solid support experience in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript Programming;
(b) solid support experience in OpenText TeamSite;
(c) solid support experience in Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server;
(d) support experience in VMware ESXi; and
(e) support experience in system backup technology
Criminal record check will be required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 1 year's experience in System Backup Operation (BKO);
. 1 year's experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
