(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for the support on the implementation and operation of the infrastructure of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) Platform which consists of cloud-based back-end systems, web applications and mobile apps developed based on industrial open standards and self-controllable architecture hosting in Diversified Cloud Infrastructure (DCI) of Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS). The CSA will also provide client advisory and technical support to B/D's tenants on the development of their IT systems/applications in DCI of GCIS.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
(i) To provide technical advice on technical design and infrastructure setup of CorpID platforms in DCI of GCIS to achieve high availability and active-active site resilience capability;
(ii) To monitor and coordinate with the contractor for the design, implementation and setup of system storage, backup and logging components of CorpID platforms;
(iii) To monitor implementation processes of CorpID platforms and review project documents and contractor's deliverables;
(iv) To co-ordinate with various parties to perform the system testings before the production rollout of the CorpID platforms; and
(v) To assist the contractor to provide operational support of the CorpID platforms.
Candidate may require to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services to meet the service delivery schedule.

| Requirements |
1. The candidate must possess the following working experience:
(i) at least three-year working experience in configuration and management of virtual machines (VM) and hosts in large scale (at least 50 virtual machines at the same time) on private cloud and server virtualization environment;
(ii) at least three-year working experience in server support, Storage Area Network (SAN) storage, and VM backup and replication solution;
(iii) solid working experience in design and setting up cloud infrastructure;
(iv) solid working experience in operational support of infrastructure in cloud platform; and
(v) solid working experience in client support in cloud platform.
2. The candidate must possess the following certification:
- Huawei Certified ICT Professional -Cloud Computing (or equivalent).
- Huawei Certified ICT Professional -Storage (or equivalent).
- VMware Certified Professional in VMware Cloud Foundation Administrator (or equivalent).
3. The candidate must be able to communicate in written and verbal English and Chinese to deliver his/her duties.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO);
. At least 3 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 3 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN);
. At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
