| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF;
- Work with outsourced contractors and infrastructure teams
- Perform technical study, implementation, testing and support tasks
- Provide technical and operational support, perform system administration work and handle user enquires
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Provide on-call support for urgent system issues
- Provide first line support or second line support on a roster basis
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors

| Requirements |
- Experienced in system administration and support
- Good verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
- Experienced in web and mobile application development using technologies is an advantage
- Experienced in working with outsourced contractors is an advantage
- Security vetting is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 3 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA);
. At least 3 years' experience in Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance (WED);
. 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
