The Business Analyst works with business and IT stakeholders to collect, document, and organise information related to technology systems and services, supporting a consistent and structured view across the organisation.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment with a charitable organization;
- Collaborate with nominated business coordinators to identify and document technology systems, ownership, and third‑party suppliers;
- Gather and document business requirements and high‑level system information;
- Collect, compile, validate, and reconcile information from multiple sources;
- Maintain structured records and inventories to support reporting and governance activities;
- Support preparation of summary materials for management and stakeholder review.

| Requirements |
- 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting technology or transformation initiatives in large enterprise environments; experience in banking or other highly regulated industries is preferred;
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills;
- Experience in working with non‑technical business stakeholders;
- Understanding of enterprise systems and service models;
- Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
