Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; The successful applicant will be required: - To assist his/her supervisors in managing contractor(s) and in-house team member(s) for implementing, enhancing and maintaining AI and data analytics related central platforms, including Chatbot-as-a-Service, Social Media Text Analytics System, and AI Computer Vision Hub. - To manage and coordinate team members for the design, implementation, testing, maintenance and administration of AI and data analytics related central platforms. - To promote, arrange adoption and provide technical and user support of AI and data analytics related central platforms for government B/Ds. - To manage resources (e.g. funding, cost contribution, cloud resources, etc.), changes and incidents for the smooth operation of AI and data analytics related central platforms. - To upkeep the security of AI and data analytics related central platforms by arranging system patching and security risk assessment and audit. - When necessary, the CPM is required to provide both technical and administrative support related to the project after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services, etc. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing and supporting government systems or platforms; 2. Possess solid knowledge and experience on managing cloud resources in public cloud platform and Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS); 3. Possess knowledge in AI and data analytics technologies, such as chatbot, image analytics or text analytics; 4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; 5. Hard working and self-motivated with good working attitudes; 6. Can work independently; and 7. Have at least 3 years of experience on project management. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP); . At least 1 year's experience in IT Security (ITS); . 2 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . At least 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . 2 years' experience in people management (PMG) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in software testing (STM) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
