Development and maintenance of information systems and web / mobile applications. b. Provision of ongoing maintenance of servers and databases; c. Design and maintenance of webpages; d. Provision of training and IT support to departmental staff; Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB; a. To assist in performing internal platform development, as well as the scheduling of inspection activities, allocation of manpower resources and preparation of duty rosters for school inspectors; b. To maintain and timely update the relevant databases for school inspections, deployment of External Reviewers; c. To provide support to the capture and analysis of statistical data for school reviews and inspections, surveys and questionnaire studies and to provide support to the conceptualisation of inspection findings; d. To assist in maintaining the homepage for Quality Assurance Division (QAD) and to provide timely uploading of inspection information, review reports etc. to the EDB homepage and the inspection data to QAIP platform; e. To provide IT support services to QAD, including the administration of the accounts of the web-based Quality Assurance Portal, coordinate the computer equipment lending system and the regular maintenance of IT equipment; f. To incorporate artificial intelligence elements to streamline the workflow and daily operations, and support ad hoc duties as required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements a. Bachelor's degree majoring in Computer Science / Information Systems, or equivalent; b. At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in database development and maintenance; of which 2 years' experience in education field and/or government services; c. Good knowledge and programming skills in the latest web technologies, such as ASP, PHP, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS are required; d. Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PC hardware & software support; experience in developing VBA macro tools is preferred; and e. Good knowledge of databases, including MySQL is preferred; Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Chinese Processing (CHI); . At least 2 years' experience in Data Administration (DAM); . At least 2 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS); . At least 2 years' experience in Data Management (DMT); . At least 2 years' experience in Departmental Portal (DPS); .
