| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the EDB;
Job Description
(a) To support and monitor the system infrastructure, including collaboration with technical teams, business teams, and vendors.
(b) To assist in security/network design, analysis, and implementation.
(c) To monitor outsourced contractors in IT activities.
(d) To perform daily backup operations.
(e) To monitor and support security operations.
(f) To monitor system alerts and support incident handling, including communication with vendors.
(g) To perform routine maintenance tasks, including server/database checks.
(h) To support regular compliance activities.
(i) To support ad-hoc operational requests.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
- At least 7 years&;#8217; post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in maintaining and supporting IT system infrastructure.
- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua and in written English and Chinese;
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT);
. At least 4 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Ethernet (ETH);
. At least 4 years' experience in Intruder Detection/Alert Technology (IDA);
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Networking (NET);
. At least 4 years' experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT);
. At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Officer SharePoint Server Administration (MSP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Network Design (NDN).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1 year's experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 7 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
