Job Key No 39056 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59535-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 05 May 2026 Contract Period 18 May 2026 to 31 Oct 2026 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Kwun Tong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To develop and maintain IT application systems supporting election-related business Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the REO; - To participate in system development of various IT projects in various programming languages and environments - To participate in system infrastructure design and implementation - To assist in the procurements for IT facilities and services, product market research and assessment - To update system documentations and maintain proper records of project/system logs - Participate in project system design life cycle (SDLC) (i.e. systems analysis & design, system implementation, vendor monitoring, IT security risk assessment & audit, system maintenance & support, end-user IT support, progress reporting, etc.) - Participate in IT security risk assessment & audit (e.g. PIA, SRAA, Red Team Assessments) - Liaise with different parties including end users, contractors, stakeholders, etc. to support new deployments and migrations - Willing to work overtime in some occasions - Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese - Perform any other duties assigned by his/her supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline - Minimum 4 years post-qualification IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in similar capacity - Able to work independently and shall possess proactive manner, strong analytical, system design, programming, testing and troubleshooting skills - Solid experience in performing system testing, e.g. functional test, load test, stress test, user acceptance test, penetration test, resilience test - Familiar with Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) - Good experience in technical support and advisory in public-facing applications as well as system implementation and enhancements - Good Knowledge in public-facing application development, including shell script programming and web programming - Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills - Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in EGIS (EGI); . At least 3 years' experience in Electronic Service Delivery (ESD); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 3 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE); . At least 3 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP); . At least 3 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN); . At least 3 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
