This includes performing manual testing as well as developing and maintaining automation testing frameworks to ensure high software quality throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; 1. Review business requirements, functional specifications, workflow descriptions, and change requests to identify test scenarios, expected results, and coverage. 2. Analyze, design, develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications 3. Prepare and execute comprehensive end-to-end test plans covering critical user journeys across all involved systems for functional and non-functional requirements. 4. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing 5. Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools 6. Automate repetitive test cases using appropriate testing frameworks and tools 7. Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman 8. Conduct database-level validation where necessary to confirm correctness of stored data and processing results. 9. Support deployment verification, smoke testing, and post-release validation. 10. Record, track, and retest defects, and work closely with developers and analysts to clarify issues and confirm resolution. 11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices 12. Work with Business Analysts to clarify unclear requirements and identify test coverage. 13. Prepare test reports and provide regular quality status updates to the team and stakeholders 14. To perform other IT services or tasks as assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and testing 3. Solid experience in testing web and mobile applications 4. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus) 5. Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans 6. Experience with test automation tools (Puppeteer, k6 etc.) is highly preferred 7. Familiarity with API testing tools 8. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools 9. Good understanding of SDLC and STLC Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 2 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI); . At least 2 years' experience in Production Database Support (PDS); . At least 2 years' experience in Project Management and Issue Tracking System (PIT); . At least 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL). Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS); . At least 3 years' experience in quality management (QMT); . At least 3 years' experience in software testing (STM); . 2 years' experience in quality audit under CMMI or ISO (QAT) is an advantage; . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
