The solution includes web + mobile applications with consistent user experience across platforms. Core features include clock-in/out, schedule management, and reporting, with strong requirements on accuracy, scalability, reliability, and auditability. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the E&MSD; We are seeking a middle-level Full Stack Developer to support the ongoing development and enhancement of AttMS, a production application with continuous business and system improvement needs. This is a hands-on role covering frontend, mobile, backend integration, deployment improvement and technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain web and mobile application features 2. Build user interfaces and frontend deliverables 3. Support backend and API integration 4. Work with BA, QA, and SA to deliver features on time and with good quality 5. Investigate incidents, perform impact assessment and RCA, and coordinate issue resolution 6. Support day-to-day development, maintenance, and enhancement tasks for production system 7. Assist in improving the production deployment process by adopting CI/CD methodology, automation, and release standardization Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements Requirements: &;#8226; Experience in application development across web and mobile platforms &;#8226; Experience with React, and Flutter &;#8226; Familiarity with OOP, ORM, SQL, Docker, and Kubernetes &;#8226; Familiarity with OIDC, or OAuth 2.0 &;#8226; Experience with mobile platforms and backend integration &;#8226; Good troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills Preferred: &;#8226; Experience in SaaS application development is a strong advantage &;#8226; Experience supporting a production system with ongoing enhancements and issue resolution &;#8226; Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with BA, QA, and SA. Specific Requirements: &;#8226; Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in application development, implementation, or maintenance for the role of Analyst Programmer or equivalent position. &;#8226; Have a Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or related IT disciplines, or equivalent. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S); . At least 3 years' experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design (OOA); . 3 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE); . At least 1 year's experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM); . 1 year's experience in conducting IT training/briefing (ITT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
