Implement network infrastructure projects and the deployment of network security solutions; including the collaboration with stakeholders for smooth and timely project delivery. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time seconded to a leading bank; - Provide IT Network technical services to business units and various IT teams by ensuring system performance and stability; - Handle and maintain the network operation to ensure its proper performance, availability and security; including the installation, configuration, administration, upgrading, patching, relocation and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, devices and related systems; - Plan and participate in network infrastructure projects and the deployment of network security solutions; including the collaboration with stakeholders for smooth and timely project delivery; - Respond to network connectivity incidents and provide end-user support; - Perform security and event log monitoring and related administrative tasks; - Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base on network infrastructure, diagrams, configurations, administration procedures and inventory; - Handle urgent business requests and network deployment duties timely during normal and non-office hours with company-assigned facilities including phone and laptop; - Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; - Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work; - Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 8.0 Requirements - University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent; - Minimum 8 years’ working experience in enterprise/carrier network support covering the followings scope: . Computer Network infrastructure operation and support role, preferable in the banking and finance sector; Knowledgeable in IT infrastructure and operations services, including but not limited to Cloud Platform, Network and Cybersecurity . Deep knowledge and support experience in CheckPoint / Palo Alto / Fortinet / Hillstone firewalls, F5 network load balancer, preferable with related certification such as CheckPoint CCSA, Fortinet NSE4, or PA PCNSA or above; . Solid support experience of cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, Azure and Alibaba Cloud, preferable with related certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, or Azure Administrator Associate or above; . Knowledge and support experience in Cisco/Huawei/H3C routing and switching, preferable with related certification such as CCIE / CCNP / HCIE / HCIP or above; . Experience on network monitoring and management system such as ManageEgine Opmanager and Solarwinds NPM; . Proficiency in network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, SDN, VPN; - Good project management skills with proven experiences in managing IT infrastructure projects; - Good communication and interpersonal skill; - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
