This role will under Infrastructure PMO and Service Management Team and will work with other Infrastructure teams to achieve project goals together. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time seconded to a leading bank; - Infrastructure Project Management & Delivery Lead the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure of key infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server migrations, data center consolidations, cloud deployments, office relocations and IT Transformation program. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and schedules using industry standard tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira). Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders using Agile methodology. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed. Manage project changes effectively through a formal change control process and coordinate with different teams for status updates and effective reporting. Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, industry best practices, and relevant compliance standards; - Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Serve as the primary point of communication for project status, updates, and escalations. Develop and distribute clear, concise, and regular status reports to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members, highlighting progress, risks, budget, and key milestones. Facilitate effective project meetings, including kick-offs, steering committee meetings, and daily stand-ups, ensuring agendas are clear and minutes/action items are distributed. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes; - Financial & Cost Management Develop comprehensive project budgets and forecasts. Track all infrastructure-related costs, including hardware, software, labor, and vendor expenses, and report on Capex & Opex. Manage the procurement process, including the creation of RFPs, evaluation of bids, and vendor selection. Provide regular financial reporting, analyzing variances between actual costs and the budget, and explaining discrepancies. Ensure projects are delivered within the approved financial framework Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; - PMP, PRINCE2, ACP, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable; - Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a specific focus on IT or infrastructure projects; - Strong sense of ownership and experience in handling infrastructure-related projects and tasks; - Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin required.
