(T26) Support adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the InvestHK;
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and "Proof of Concept" (PoC) evaluations for AI tools aimed at streamlining operational workflows
- Provide guidance to end-users on the "safe use" of AI, including prompt engineering best practices and identification of AI hallucinations or biases
- Perform AI Application Impact Assessment to ensure all data processing activities align with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) and the Ethical AI Framework
- Assist in integrating AI APIs into existing IT systems while maintaining secure data pipelines
- Prepare technical manuals, security assessment reports, and user guidelines for AI-related projects
- Manage outsourced vendors
- Candidate may be required to work in non-office hours on need basis
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

| Requirements |
- Candidate shall have at least 1 year of practical experience in AI/Machine Learning project implementation (e.g., Natural Language Processing, Data Mining, or Large Language Model integration) and on-premise IT infrastructure
- Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for isolated AI model deployment and knowledge in edge computing and local model inference would be an advantage
- Customer and result oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Commitment and dedication to organisational goals
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Good communication skills including oral and written
- Candidate shall be able to communicate in Cantonese and English
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 1 year's experience in Web Services (WSV);
. At least 1 year's experience in business intelligence/data mining (BDM);
. At least 1 year's experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC);
. 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good spoken English is a must;
. Good written English is a must;
. 6 months' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
