(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS), which are centrally arranged and managed contracts by DPO. It is one of many means for Bureaux/Departments (B/Ds) to acquire IT professional services.

- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
- System development support for the enhancement project "Quality Professional Services Information System (QPSIS) for Standing Offer Agreement - Quality Professional Services 6 (SOA-QPS6)"
- System maintenance and on-going support for QPSIS

| Requirements |
- Sound experience in Java programming, MS-SQL and JBoss Application Server
- Knowledge in government procurement procedures
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 1 year's experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS).
Non-technical Skill:
. 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
