(T26) This is a CSA position responsible for the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services (SOA-QPS), which are centrally arranged and managed contracts by DPO. It is one of many means for Bureaux/Departments (B/Ds) to acquire IT professional services.

- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The post is responsible for due diligence check of existing SOA-QPS contractors, contract administration, website maintenance.

| Requirements |
The target candidate must be fluent in English (both in reading and writing) and has good analytic skills. He/she should also have good communication skills to deal with clients. Experience in helpdesk support and knowledge in IT security, Government IT Standard, Government procurement procedure are preferred.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Website Administration (WEA).
Non-technical Skills:
. 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
