To provide technical support on the technical feasibility studies and coordinates with users, vendors and internal working parties on system requirements and features, and conduct inputs during the system analysis and design stage, periodically review the project on both implementation schedules, document submission and other project related activities. 2. Provide project estimates, timelines and funding control, and manage the contractor for project deliverables. 3. Prepare technical specifications and review the installation/implementation requirements according to the environment constraints. 4. Provide on-site supervision and coordination with stake-holders, acceptance, risk analysis and all project management activities. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements The CSA under the supervision of Senior Telecommunications Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer and Contract Project Manager or the delegated appraising officers, the CSA shall perform his assignment and duties and report to the supervisors under structured project management environment. Familiar with PMP process, project handling experiences in fibre and wireless communications systems, layer 2 or layer 3 network equipment and related remote site installation work on different types of location, design or implementation experience on large-scale Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) system under public utilities or government, railway operators should be an advantages. Security vetting is required. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Broadband Network (BNE); . At least 2 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT); . At least 2 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 2 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . 1 year's experience in Source Control Management System (SCM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Information Security Management (ISM) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Multi-vendor Mission Critical System (MCS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Metro-Ethernet Network (MNE) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR); . Excellent written English is a must; . At least 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON); . 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
