For the network design, ensure network security, solicit system requirements and features with all users and relevant working parties, consolidate until agreements are reached and project commenced, lead the team to conduct project design, implementation, testing, acceptance and project review with users. 2. Provide contract administration, implementation and work schedules, funding control and reporting work. 3. To ensure the overall network solution met with government policy and other security requirements, with adequate resilience to ensure the availability and serviceability level. 4. To follow any jobs assigned by Senior Telecommunications Engineer. Security vetting is required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements The CPM under the supervision of Senior Telecommunications Engineer or his delegated appraising officers, the CPM shall perform his assignment and duties and report to the supervisor under structured project management environment. The CPM shall also lead a team of contract staff to perform site implementation work, network design and configuration. Familiar with project management process or equivalent and project handling experiences in fibre, network equipment, CCTV and the overall network security. The CPM shall familiar with the security regulations and high-availability network infrastructures to meet the business continuity, especially for government and public security sectors. Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP); . At least 5 years' experience in Remote Access Server (RAS); . At least 5 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA); . At least 5 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN); . At least 5 years' experience in Wide Area Network (WAN); . At least 5 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 5 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 5 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . At least 5 years' experience in Anti-Spam Technology (AST); . At least 5 years' experience in Authentication Server (AUS); . At least 5 years' experience in Anti-Virus Technology (AVT); . At least 5 years' experience in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP); . At least 5 years' experience in Broadband Network (BNE); . At least 5 years' experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP); . At least 5 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 5 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 3 years' experience in Metro Ethernet (MET); . At least 3 years' experience in Experience in Datacentre Maintenance (DCM). At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV); .
