Job Key No 39009 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59487-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 28 Apr 2026 Contract Period 01 Jun 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 (7 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Ho Man Tin Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Technical support service to Senior Directorates of Housing Authority (HA) and HA Committees Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; - Provide 7 x 24 Tier-1 support to the Senior Directorates and their secretaries; - Liaise and coordinate of all kinds of IT-related services with various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve the reported problems from the Senior Directorates and their Secretaries; - Schedule with Senior Directorates and their secretaries for the deployment, upgrade and security patching on the system, software and application on their personal computers; - Handle technical assessment and installation for security patching or upgrade on hardware and software before rollout to Senior Directorates and their secretaries; - Manage the vendor(s) to perform personal computer related services; - Provide technical support to the meetings of Housing Authority Committees and 7 x 24 Tier-2 support to remote paperless system; - Study and research the latest common IT services in the Government and office automation equipment to evaluate, recommend, and support their adoption; - Report incidents timely and record the solutions properly; - Prepare weekly / monthly management reports; and - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 13.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements - At least 13-year experience in IT industry and at least 4 years of relevant experience - At least 8-year experience in technical support service to the Senior Directorates of HKSAR Government is a must - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with Senior Directorates - Ability to explain IT-related issues to users in simple language that anyone can understand - Self-motivated, hard-working, responsible, customer oriented and be able to work under pressure - Experience in supporting the use of various kinds of client software in Windows OS, like anti-virus software, Virtual Private Network (VPN) client, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, etc. - Experience in supporting Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP), Lotus Notes and Confidential Mail System - Experience in supporting Mobile Devices and Communication - Hands-on experience in supporting and hosting web meeting likes Zoom ,Webex and Teams for more than 15 participates in different physical locations - Excellent in problem solving skill on IT solutions - Excellent in scheduling and co-ordination - Good command in written English - In-depth understanding of information security and ISO standards will be an advantage Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM); . At least 8 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 7 years' experience in Mobile / Wireless Communication (MWC); . At least 7 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS); . At least 5 years' experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM); . At least 3 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS); . 5 years' experience in Wireless/mobile Email solution (WME) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 7 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . Good coordination skills is a must; . Good written English is a must; . At least 6 years' experience in customer relations (ECR); . At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 6 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); . At least 5 years' experience in negotiation (NEG); . At least 3 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS); . At least 3 years' experience in quality management (QMT); . 3 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in people management (PMG) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in quality audit under CMMI or ISO (QAT) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in IT audit (ITA) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 13 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
